Ryan M. Schneider, Chief Executive Officer and President

Ryan Schneider became Realogy’s Chief Executive Officer effective December 31, 2017. He joined the Company as President and Chief Operating Officer in October 2017 after nearly 15 years of senior leadership experience at Capital One Financial Corporation. He is a member of Realogy’s Board of Directors.

From 2007 to 2016, Schneider was President of Capital One’s Card division, its largest business, where he oversaw all of Capital One’s consumer and small business credit card lines in the United States, U.K. and Canada. He managed a staff of more than 10,000 employees and reported directly to Capital One’s Chief Executive Officer.

Schneider joined Capital One in December 2001 and held a variety of leadership positions within Capital One through 2007, including Executive Vice President and President, Auto Finance, which did the majority of its business with franchised auto dealers, and Executive Vice President, U.S. Card. He also served as a director of Capital One Bank (USA), National Association.

Schneider has substantial experience in public policy and regulatory affairs, including meeting with a sitting President of the United States and testifying in front of a Senate committee.

Previously, he was a partner at McKinsey & Company, where he specialized in financial services clients with an emphasis on consumer credit and insurance. Schneider received a B.A. in Economics from Williams College and his Ph.D. in Economics from Yale University.

Charlotte Simonelli, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer

Charlotte Simonelli is executive vice president, chief financial officer and treasurer of Realogy. In her role, she leads all financial functions across the company’s multiple businesses and brands, including financial reporting, planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, and investor relations. She serves on Realogy’s Executive Committee and reports to Realogy CEO Ryan Schneider.

Immediately prior to joining Realogy in March 2019, Charlotte served as Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, Medical Devices, for Johnson & Johnson. With deep financial experience with multi-brand companies in the United States and Europe, Charlotte has held progressively responsible finance positions at Reckitt Benckiser, Kraft Foods Inc., PepsiCo., and Unilever. Her background includes strong experience in P&L management, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, sales finance, SAP project management, supply chain finance and audit.

Charlotte holds an MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the Rochester Institute of Technology.

Melissa McSherry, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer

Melissa McSherry serves as chief operating officer for Realogy. She joined the company in February 2022, responsible for all aspects of product, technology, customer success, corporate development, and enterprise marketing. She serves on Realogy’s Executive Committee and reports to Realogy CEO Ryan Schneider.

Over her nearly 30-year career, McSherry has held senior product, technology, data, and strategy roles at multiple largescale, high-performing organizations. She has deep experience leveraging technology, AI, and strategic insights to take advantage of secular shifts and transform organizations in both B2B and B2C models.

Most recently, McSherry served as senior vice president for Visa Inc., where she led high-growth businesses delivering digital transformation and AI through product and technology, marketing, investments, and talent development. As the global head of risk and identity solutions, she was also responsible for payment fraud prevention, consumer authentication, and underwriting businesses as well as internal platforms and AI in production.

At Visa, she leveraged the consumer shift to digital to accelerate growth through new capabilities, new open standards, changes to network rules to speed adoption, and focusing on digital-first, high growth channels.

Prior to Visa, McSherry served as senior vice president for Capital One, growing the company’s card partnerships business from $30M to $15B in assets in four years. During her tenure, she also led teams across corporate strategy, decision/data science, technology, and AI. McSherry began her career at Dean & Company, focused on financial services, telecommunications, and utilities clients. She holds an MBA from Stanford University and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies from Harvard University.

Alicia Swift, Senior Vice President Financial Planning & Analysis and Investor Relations

Alicia Swift serves as senior vice president for financial planning and investor relations at Realogy, a role she has held since 2009. She oversees the financial planning and analysis process for Realogy and its business units, which include the Realogy Franchise Group, NRT, Cartus and Title Resource Group. Swift also manages the Company’s investor relations function, serving as the key relationship manager with Wall Street analysts and Realogy shareholders. During this period, Realogy went from private ownership to publicly traded with an initial public offering in October 2012.

Swift previously served as Realogy’s vice president of financial planning after its spin-off from Cendant in August 2006. During that time, she was responsible for annual budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic planning for the company’s businesses. Swift was a member of the finance team at Cendant from 2004 to 2006.

Swift received her bachelor’s degree from Lehigh University and her MBA in finance from Seton Hall University.
